Who can become a team member?
Team members bring a wide range of experiences and talents to this work. If you don’t have any formal teaching experience, we still have a place for you on our team. What you do need is:

Our selection process helps ensure both the success of TerraTime programs and also to maintain consistent quality across all TerraTime locations. Site Director
The Site Director is in charge of all aspects of TerraTime at the host location from beginning to end. Must hold a degree in Education or related field.
Lead Teacher
The Lead Teacher prepares and facilitates TerraTime programs and supervises Senior/Junior Guides. Must hold a degree in Education or related field.
Guide
The Senior Guide assists with instructional activities under the supervision of the Lead Teacher. Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma.
Junior Guide
The Junior Guide assists with instructional activities under the supervision of the Lead Teacher or Senior Guide. Must be at least 13 years old.
